 Hello, my name is Shana Michele Pride. Serving people and uplifting my community have always been at the heart of who I am. After a fulfilling 25-year career as a professional Hair Stylist, I retired to pursue my passion for real estate—and I’ve now spent the past seven years helping clients make confident moves. Today, I proudly lead The Shana Michele Realty Group, brokered by Norluxe Realty Huntsville, where we assist buyers, sellers, and investors with all of their real estate needs.  

 Named one of Huntsville’s Leaders Who Inspire, and two-time nominee for Nonprofit Entrepreneur of the Year, Janna Peterson is the founding executive director of 57 North Hampton, a mental health advocacy organization that provides free therapy to those who are uninsured or under insured, and supplements that by finding fun and innovative ways of teaching mental health and coping strategies to her audience.

She is also the organizer of Hustle Healthier, a social movement, launched in direct response to the rise of hustle culture. 

Angela D. Curry is the Founder and Executive Director of United Women of Color, a grassroots nonprofit that brings people together across race, age, and experience to strengthen community, expand opportunity, and uplift voices too often ignored. She and her team have helped neighbors gain digital skills, nurtured new leaders through the LIGHT Institute, and united communities across North Alabama in collective action. Angela is most proud of creating spaces where people feel seen, rediscover their power, and serve with courage. 

 Latoya Whitfield is a powerhouse speaker, purpose coach, and philanthropist dedicated to elevating Black women in business and creative industries. As founder of the award-winning nonprofit A Queenpreneur’s Plan, she leads with love, strategy, and results. Through her M.A.P.S. Framework and the sold-out Dare to Dream Awards, Latoya inspires women to own their power and build legacy. Featured on WAFF48 and Fox 54, she is a proud wife and mom of three committed to generational impact.

 Dr. Deidra “The Bougie Farmer” Willis is a visionary agribusiness leader, retired educator, and innovative creator transforming Alabama agriculture. With a passion for youth empowerment, sustainable farming, and technology, she is building Bougie Farm & Agribusiness Innovation Lab and pioneering BougieBot. Her mission is to merge faith, farming, and futuristic innovation to uplift communities, inspire future growers, and redefine what modern agriculture looks like. 

Tajuania Lawson is a multi-business entrepreneur, serving as Co-Owner of Civil Choice Realty and Founder of Pivot to Your Next Academy. She is dedicated to helping others break through distractions and build wealth through clarity, ownership, and strategic action.
